Estate Administrators Division
Our Estate Administrators are responsible for day-to-day administration of the estates, from appointment to final release. All our employees in this division, hold a Diploma in Insolvency Law, as prescribed by SARIPA.
Financial Division
The employees in our Financial Division are responsible for all financial aspects of the estates. Between them, they have over 30 years of bookkeeping experience.
Support Personnel
Our administrative staff includes our receptionist, assistants, estate administrators, filing clerks and messengers.
Our Directors
Kobus van der Westhuizen
Studied at the University of Pretoria from 1996-1999 where he completed his B.PROC degree. He also completed his Diploma in Insolvency Law and was admitted as an attorney during 2001, following which he started working at Tutor Trust.
Jaco Fourie
Studied at the University of Pretoria from between 1986-1989 where he completed his B.IUR degree. Prior to joining Tutor Trust in 1998 he worked at the Master of the High Court Pretoria from 1990 until 1998. Jaco also completed his Diploma in Insolvency Law.
